At Performance Options we employ a highly motivated, professional team of people.

Our Lead Consultants, Delia Goldring and Flic Henry, share a wealth of knowledge and senior HR management experience, having worked extensively within both the private and public sectors, including manufacturing; telecommunications; education; retail; health services, as well as not for profit organisations and charities.

With an MA in Human Resources Management each and over 30 years' training/facilitation skills experience between them they can offer a practical and accessible solution to meet your individual HR and/or training requirements.
